You can order food delivery to your airport hotel cabin 24/7 from reception. We offer a selection of meals, sweet and savoury snacks as well as a range of drinks such as hot drinks, soft drinks, juice, beer, wine and small bottles of spirits.
Lounge 2 is airside, meaning it sits inside the secure zone of Terminal 2, past passport control and security. If you're flying out, access works with a valid boarding pass dated within 24 hours of your stay, meaning there's no need to head back out through arrivals or queue for security twice. If you are arriving from landside (outside the terminal), note that security routing splits by time: use the security entrance at Departures 2 before 9pm, or Departures 3 after. Connecting passengers already airside with no bags to collect can walk straight in and stay more than 24 hours. For anyone searching for a Schiphol airport hotel that actually means staying inside the airport, this is what that looks like on the ground.

For layovers long enough to leave the airport, the train from Schiphol to Amsterdam Centraal takes around 15 minutes, frequent enough that you don't need to plan much around it. Coming back through, the same boarding pass rule applies: a valid pass within 24 hours gets you back through security and into Lounge 2. Guests connecting through other YOTELAIR airport properties will find the same airside setup and the same hourly logic waiting at the other end.

Can I bring my pet with me?
YOTEL has a no pet policy. Guide and service dogs are of course allowed, you must let us know if you intend to bring your dog with you in advance of your arrival.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. The guest agrees not to use the WiFi to send or receive materials or data which is in violation of any law or regulation or which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene or in breach of confidence, privacy, trade secrets or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property rights (including copyright) or in breach of any other rights. Will I still be charged if my flight is delayed and I miss my stay?
In the event of flight delays or disruption, there will be no refund. There may be emergency or security circumstances outside of our control where guests may be asked to evacuate. In these circumstances, no refund will be paid. If you need to make an airline or travel insurance claim, we can supply you with a no-show invoice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to amend or cancel a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. A full refund will be processed if cancelled on time.
What is your standard check-in and check-out time?
No set check-in. No set check-out. Planes don’t clock off, and neither do we. Our crew’s on hand 24/7 to get you in, out, or back to bed.
For overnight stays, 18:00 to 07:00 usually does the trick. Rest, then take off. For overnight stays, any booking between the hours of 18:00 and 7:00 the next morning are charged at the same rate.
