YOTEL Tokyo
Opening December 2024
YOTEL Tokyo, our flagship hotel in Japan, will showcase the brand’s latest innovations, including a signature robotic concierge, motorized SmartBeds, and fully integrated technologies, offering a complete touchless guest experience from reservation to check-out. YOTEL Tokyo is a key part of YOTEL’s broader strategy to expand across major cities in Japan and the wider APAC region, with a comprehensive development roll-out planned for other Japanese locations. The hotel will also feature YOTEL’s dynamic public spaces, designed for guests to eat, drink, work, and play. Additional amenities include a 24/7 fitness centre, a Grab-and-Go café offering locally sourced food and beverages, meeting spaces, and an outdoor terrace perfect for socialising, connecting, and relaxation.
YOTEL Bangkok

YOTEL Bangkok (250 keys) will be a new-build hotel within the innovative Cloud 11, a 250,000 sqm mixed-use development designed for Southeast Asia’s artists and tech entrepreneurs. Cloud 11, which features Thailand’s largest rooftop park, is a pioneering sustainable project and urban sanctuary. It aims to bridge the Asian creative industries with entertainment technology, becoming a hub for gaming, music, podcasts, film, animation, and the wider digital sectors.
YOTEL KUALA LUMPUR

YOTEL Kuala Lumpur's prime central location will place guests within easy reach of the Petronas Towers and just steps away from the Bukit Bintang shopping and entertainment district. YOTEL Lisbon
Opening 2026
YOTEL Lisbon WTC, will be part of Portugal’s most innovative and disruptive business park, the World Trade Center Lisboa. Located just minutes from Lisbon city centre and next to the green expanse of Monsanto, this 35,000 sqm campus will feature office, retail, and recreational spaces, all designed to enhance well-being through sustainable solutions. As a hub for major corporations, the WTC Lisboa will offer flexible and adaptable spaces that foster collaboration and productivity.
YOTEL BELFAST
Opening 2026
YOTEL is expanding its UK portfolio in late 2026 with its first Northern Irish property. YOTEL Belfast, a new 165-room hotel in historic Shaftesbury Square, will be just steps from the city’s top attractions. Featuring signature SmartBeds™, SmartTVs, and rain showers, it will also include a dynamic food and drink concept, a 24/7 gym, and a meeting room, creating a hub for both guests and locals.

Opening 2027
The 300 key YOTEL NEOM will be the first hotel in Oxagon, the world’s largest floating city and part of Saudi Arabia’s NEOM. Situated in the integrated live-work-play Research and Innovation (R&I) district, Oxagon features a hexagonal design optimised for space efficiency and sustainability. The city will incorporate advanced green technologies, a next-generation port with automated logistics, and state-of-the-art mobility solutions. YOTEL’s expertise in mixed-use developments aligns seamlessly with Oxagon’s smart-city vision, supporting its ambitious sustainability objectives.
YOTEL / YOTELPAD Atlanta

YOTEL and YOTELPAD Atlanta are set to open in the heart of a major four-block redevelopment known as The Underground, a vibrant district encompassing 400,000 square feet of retail, dining, entertainment, office, and residential space. Situated above Atlanta's Five Points station, with direct access to the MARTA rail network, this hybrid short- and extended-stay property will offer modern accommodations, including a rooftop pool and terrace.
