- Art and Soul is currently closed and will reopen with Deck 11, our new rooftop bar and lounge, in spring 2021. We’re cooking up a new, modern experience for the Capitol Hill area and look forward to welcoming you soon.
Deck 11
- Come spring 2021, the landmark 250-person rooftop bar and pool will also debut as a fully redesigned and repurposed Deck 11.

- Art and Soul offers versatile indoor and outdoor spaces in Capitol Hill that exude true Southern warmth and hospitality. Whether it be inside at a table or outside at the rooftop bar, you’re sure to find the perfect setting for your special occasion in Washington D.C.
