Allergies?
We've taken some measures to try to make your stay at YOTEL as safe as possible. Naturalmat supply our mattresses which are organic and made of natural fibre, with hypoallergenic/anti-microbial fill made of coir, lambswool and latex. All our pillows and duvets are made of hypoallergenic fibre. All cleaning products are environmentally safe and non-toxic. Carpets are cleaned using a ‘true – stem’ extraction cleaning machine that sanitises and kills all kinds of bacteria and germs. The paint used throughout the hotel is ‘Low VOC’, which improves the overall air quality for guests and staff. We are proud to be LEED Certified.

We provide super-fast WiFi at our hotels. Its use is considered as the guest agreement with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). YOTEL may change this Policy to reflect any variation in the law or whenever deemed necessary. The YOTEL WiFi may be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all current and future statutes in force. Checking in and checking out
At YOTEL, we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the Mission Control crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out is any time before 11am. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.
Is there late check-out?
Standard check-out time is 11am. Too early? Late check-out is available, please enquire with our Mission Control crew on arrival (subject to availability).
The first hour up until 12pm is complimentary. Any check-out after 12pm will be subject to a charge of £15 / €15 per hour, up until 3pm.
Do you allow smoking at the hotels?
We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.
Is there early check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Too late? Early check-in is available but is subject to availability upon arrival. Any early check-in may be subjected to a flat fee of €20 . To book and/or pay for early check-in please speak with our Mission Control crew.

Is Noord a good place to stay when visiting Amsterdam?
Absolutely. Noord offers a creative vibe with edgy art, waterfront views, and easy access to the city centre via the free ferry. It’s a great spot for travellers seeking a quieter base close to the action.
Can you recommend a good place for a walk near the hotel?
Take a stroll along the Jordaan’s canals or head to Vondelpark for some greenery. For something more local, wander through Noord’s NDSM Wharf to soak up the street art and industrial charm.
Do you have on-site parking?
Parking in Amsterdam has never been so easy! Upon arrival at the hotel, you can park your car for €15 per day in your very own parking space (first come first served). There is also nearby street parking for a daily fee.
How do I cancel a booking and what is your policy?
A booking made directly with us, via our website or via our reservations department (email/phone), can be cancelled by contacting us on the following email address amn.reservations@yotel.com and number +31 20 787 0180.
Instead, a booking made on a third party company (Booking.com/Expedia/Hoteliers/…) can be cancelled only by contacting the company utilised to book. Please, contact the email address or phone number you see on your booking confirmation.

Taxes and fees explained
Tax: We don’t charge any credit card fees at YOTEL Amsterdam or for hotel service. However, your bank might apply fees for currency exchange if applicable. Pricing for hotels in Amsterdam is subject to the City Tax (mandatory fee) at 12.5% of the accommodation costs excluding VAT and is subject to municipality changes.

Do rooms have rollaways or cots?
We do offer rollaways which are available at an additional cost. Pack and play cribs are available at no extra cost. They are subject to availability and fit into certain room types, please request when making your booking.
Standard items in your room
In each room, you’ll find a hairdryer, superfast free WiFi, AC, full-size toiletries, rain shower, reading/mood lights, organic handmade Naturalmat mattress, laptop-size safe, large TV. Free tea and coffee and ironing facilities are also available in the self-serve galley on each floor.
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service. However, we have Deck, our restaurant and bar situated on the ground floor.
Gym
Achieve your exercise goals on the go in our 24/7 gym. For hotel guests only, you’ll find all the must-have tools and latest Technogym equipment for a total body workout.
Do you offer guest laundry facilities?
Just fill the laundry bag in your cabin, select your service type, and drop it at Mission Control on the ground floor. Service is available from Monday to Saturday, make sure to drop it off before 9.25am and we will have your laundry back after 7pm all fresh. Pricing information is available in your cabin.
